How a vendor gets listed
Vendors apply through the same intake form anyone else uses. We check their work, their pricing window, and whether they actually serve the Triad. Once they’re seated, the bench closes — a 4/4 bucket goes to a wait list, not an auction.
No one can buy a higher spot. No one can buy their way past the cap. The bench stays short on purpose so every name on it gets every inquiry that fits their category and date.
